The Aroma Group is committed to preventing pollution, minimising the environmental impacts of our business operations

We recognise the importance of behaving in an ethically responsible manner and as such respect the environment and promote sustainable development assuring our customers, the public and the community of our commitment to demonstrable environmental management.

In managing our operations, we will -

• Commit to compliance with relevant UK environmental legislation, regulations, best practice and other requirements as a minimum level of performance.
• Invest in an effective education and training of employees in environmental issues and the environmental effect of their activities.
• Operate & maintain effective management and monitoring procedures and review of key objectives and targets of our environmental performance on a regular basis or if legislation dictates.
• Only use professional products from suppliers who ensure every product used comprises of its own Health & Safety Literature, manufactured from ingredients, which are considered Safe to the Environment under a Quality System registered by the British Standards Institution.

To secure these objectives, we will:

• Comply with the requirements of environmental legislation, regulations and approved codes of practice.
• Promote awareness, encourage participation and train our people on environmental initiatives, to achieve our aims and objectives. 
• Ensure that our suppliers, contractors and where appropriate third parties environmental credentials are similar to our own objectives and aims.
• Strive to continually assess the environmental impact of all historic, current and likely future operations.
• Continuously seek to improve environmental performance in reducing pollution, emissions and waste.

This policy represents our general position which is supported by our personnel and endorsed by our Managing Director.
