Aroma embarks on drive to fresh market share
Leicestershire-based Aroma Cleaning is gearing up for a major UK sales drive as it bids to become a leading player in the commercial and industrial cleaning market.
Already with a client base that includes councils, supermarkets, banks, multiple retailers and major corporate headquarters, the company is now set to earn greater market share and major accreditations as a safe and efficient contractor.
The company was established in 2003 and has passed the one million pounds turnover milestone in four years.
Managing director Darren Timon explained success to date: “We do the basics well. We pride ourselves on high standards and the standards start with employees’ appearance, qualifications, equipment and ethos – this in turn reflects on the work being carried out.
“Staff undergo rigorous training, are insured and security vetted prior to being allocated duties. We ensure all operatives carry out tasks to the same standards.
“Area managers complete random spot checks at clients’ premises; this ensures both consistent quality and adherence to a strict health and safety policy.”
The company also employs specialist teams to work in the more difficult environments, such as flood damage, post-tenancy house cleans and more dangerous and specialist environments.
The company has now committed to a rigorous marketing campaign across the country, including the appointment of a public relations company, the launch of a new website and additional sales staff.
“Our approach is flexibility – we won’t tie clients into lengthy contracts or present hidden costs and we’re confident our customer service speaks for itself.”

New website launch for cleaning company
Leicestershire-based commercial buildings specialist Aroma Cleaning has launched a new website.
The company carries out work in all environments, including shops, factories, banks, schools and hospitals across the UK.
The new website provides information on the company’s capabilities and experience across a broad range of commercial and industrial sectors, as well as the public sector.
Managing director Darren Timon commented: “Our new site is a major reference point for existing clients as well as companies and organisations looking for a new cleaning contractor. Cleaning buildings is an important part of facilities management so we needed to develop a site that reflects that.
“The new site will carry news and advice, and reference to the professional organisations and accreditations that are used to improve the standard of cleaning that businesses and other organisations expect.”
