Time and Attendance
Our staff will clock in and out from any telephone with their unique ID number through our interactive voice menu at no direct cost to you. This can also be cross referenced with a pre-set phone line or number in order to guarantee our staff are on-site. As our staff clock in, our website is updated instantly which enables access to accurate management information at any time of the day.

Voicemail System
Staff tracker uses an advanced voicemail system. It allows for messages to be recorded and sent directly to our staff so they can hear it when they log in. Voicemail can also be left for a specific work area and the first member of staff on-site is relayed the message. Our voicemail system allows for staff to contact management and our head office.
Ordering Supplies
This function allows on-site staff and management to contact head office with a supply order. Staff tracker then formulates a delivery report ready for print or email.
Quality Control
The quality inspector can report on-site findings via the keypad using the RED, AMBER, GREEN codes. This information is uploaded to the website immediately and can be entered into reports or spreadsheets for documentation. There are a vast number of present codes within the system but there are also flexible to suit any needs your company might have or need. Another use for the system is activity codes, these codes are used when our management team or training or starting a new member of staff on a site.
Management Information
All information within our system is synchronised and updates our website instantly. Reports can be formulated from various sources such as Login times, Logout times, Quality control and Scheduled vs. Actual hours.
Payroll
As with the rest of our system, payroll data is updated instantly with hours and rates. This allows our helpdesk to download the data for import into your payroll system. Staff tracker allows Aroma to formulate payroll reports from any given period of time.
PDA's
All our management team are equipped with PDA's: not only can we receive jobs electronically but quality audits and detailed monthly reports/inspections can be sent back in real time, as jobs are completed, enabling customers to monitor work in progress and to respond to situations as and when they occur, producing interactive customer support
